  Front office staff doesn’t answer the phones or returns calls in a timely manner regarding appointments. Calls go directly to voicemail although they are sitting at their desks having personal conversations with one another. This happens often. Susan the Office Manager makes excuses as opposed to solving the problem. Then makes the patient feel as if she is the problem because she expected the phone to be answered after calling the office 4x over an hour period to discuss an appointment. This is a doctors office and to not answer the phones or return calls is appalling and poor customer service.

  I would like to take the time to recognize Shanita. She is always so professional and caring. I have been there several times and she has been the only one giving shot when the waiting room is full. She has the same positive and controlled demeanor. She could choose to be overwhelmed, which I am sure it is, but you would never know. Great customer service and such a positive person who make sure the patient is comfortable. I am giving her flowers for being such a bright light. Don't get me wrong, I have never had a bad encounter with this facility. They have a great medical team, but Shanita has stood out for her professionalism and her customer service. Keep up the great work
