  I’d like to share our recent experience with this dental office when my wife brought our son, in for an appointment. Unfortunately, we encountered some issues that we feel are important to mention. While we understand that payment policies are a part of any practice, the way the staff emphasized the need to pay upfront felt quite dismissive and, frankly, a bit rude. We were made to feel as if we were trying to avoid paying for a service, which was not the case. My wife was simply trying to clarify if we could use our FSA for payment. Instead of a constructive response, the staff even contacted someone at billing to imply that we might have trouble paying, which was unnecessary and uncomfortable. This is how this practice treats a military family I believe every customer deserves to be treated with respect and understanding, especially when asking about payment options. I hope the clinic will consider more compassionate communication in the future. We ended up paying the full amount without issue, but the approach left a lot to be desired.

  I had my first visit with Dr Lynn and I am thankful to her for really paying attention to my dental xrays. She identified specific issues that my last dentist didn't inform me of when I was seen a month ago! ( I will not be returning to that dentist or the office again!) That lets me know that Dr Lynn is very attentive and really cares about her patients. She answered all of my questions and even gave me cost estimates. On top of that they were gentle because I suffer from anxiety especially at the dentist. The office was clean and comfortable as well. I was happy with my visit and most definitely will be returning.

  She told me a lump on my back inside gum was bone. It continued to bother me for months until it became severely painful and infected. I had another dentist and surgeon take care of it. She was also rude to me on the phone once when I called her for advice. I had seen another dentist because they specialized in an issue I was having. She acted offended that I had seen the other dentist as if going behind her back. It was wierd. Bottom line- communication issues and lack of trust in providers decisions.
