  Poor Experience here due to the following: 1.They quickly and immediately send you the bill. 2.They are slow to inform you on the results of a scan/biopsy- taking TWO WEEKS to call you about if you have cancer. This call is not made by the doctor, rather by a receptionist who has no further details whatsoever. 3.Coordination w/the hospital to send an order is poor, taking two weeks and I had to make multiple calls to both entities, who will blame each other.

  I had an appointment at Virginia ENT today at 8:10 a.m., but when I arrived, the light skinned receptionist at Window 3 told me my appointment had been bumped to the 17th. I was never informed of any change. I had spoken to a staff member previously who confirmed the appointment for 3/10/2026 she never mentioned any rescheduling. During that call, I asked, ‘Wait, you have a new address, right?’ and she confirmed, ‘Oh yeah, our new address is such-and-such.’ I had to remind her about the address, and still no mention of a date change. I rushed this morning, adjusting everything for my daughter’s ear appointment, and this was a major disruption. When I asked for a grievance form, she was rude and kept insisting someone called me; no one did. I asked if we could move the time for 3/17, but the only option was 2:40, which didn’t work. When I told her to keep it at the original time, she got smug and asked, ‘Did you need an appointment reminder?’ being really smart and condescending. I’m writing this review because I will not be brushed off or made to feel like I’m imagining things. Please improve your communication and customer service. For the record, my daughter’s Doctor is really great; I’m just writing this review because of the poor attitude of the receptionist.

  I had a very positive experience with the practice. Although it had been nearly 10 years since my last visit, when I contacted them to request an appointment for an urgent need they were able to schedule me for the following morning. Everything went well. Registration and access to my past information was effortless. The clinicians were exceedingly courteous and competent and provided me with the services and information I needed. I hope I don't need to visit them again for another 10 years but I will return without hesitation.
