  EXPENSIVE! My PCP sent blood test out to this place and they are billing me an exorbitant amount of money. Stay away! You can find facilities that provide this service at a much more affordable price!

  It was difficult to schedule an appointment by phone, and I was barely able to secure a time slot online due to the limited availability within the required timeframe for pre-employment drug testing. Although check-in is allowed up to 10 minutes early, they only see you at your exact appointment time, which they followed very promptly. Once I was seen, the lab technician was very friendly, and the process was quick and efficient—I was in and out for the urine test in about six minutes.

  I was called in, at my appointment time, I did arrive 5 minutes early to check in. The phlebotomist was friendly and skilled. This was my 3rd lab draw here. I would get there 10 minutes early for your first draw, because there is a learning curve. It’s not difficult, I’m just older and technology isn’t always intuitive for me.

  Didn't send the bill to my insurance provider so I was directly charged $2500 for bloodwork since they didn't submit a claim! Awful lab tech! Don't pay the bill they give you upfront!!

  Cynthia made the place look beautiful and as welcoming as a blood draw center could possibly be considering why you are at the place. She was lovely, efficient and it was painless. I have had so many bad experiences at Labcorp recently I'm absolutely only using Quest going forward!
