Cardio setup is just as strong: tons of treadmills, bikes, stair steppers, and other machines, all well spaced out. They even have a pickleball court, which is a great bonus. Staff is friendly and helpful without hovering, and it’s rarely too crowded. If you want a well-equipped, straightforward place to put in real work, this is it.

The staff from top management to middle management to reception staff to the young man in maintenance, you couldn’t ask for better service, cleanliness and overall friendly demeanor. I travel 30 minutes one way to utilize this gym. It is well worth my time! ❤️
