Damian, the store manager, walked me through the whole process and answered questions. Very thorough and took his time. I felt confident making the investment. I carefully followed the instructions and then after 5 weeks came for my followup. Kayla was very helpful and showed me the before and after footprints that proved the inserts worked. She was very encouraging and again very knowledgeable. I have been verbally telling people about my positive experience and it was time to share here. I am so happy I did business with them.

I hike 20-30 miles a week and I have been having considerable arthritis pain in my right foot which has causing me to put more weight on my left and causing knee issues there. I skipper today’s hike due to pain and decided to pop into the Good Feet Store. I wasn’t expecting much. I figured it would be the same as Fleet Feet. In some ways it was the same but the difference was the inserts. I was shocked to immediately felt relief in both my right foot and my left knee. I bought the entire set up including the massager and the house slippers. It was close to $3,000 but it was totally worth it! I wont attempt to explain the whole process. Just go in and try it for yourself. I wouldn’t have believed it if I hadn't tried their inserts. It is a whole new ballgame!
