He got me into something much more comfortable and reassured me that I was in the correct prescription, which gave me so much peace of mind. The opticians who ran my tests and assisted with sales were incredibly personable and friendly—I genuinely enjoyed speaking with every employee I encountered. Jon, in particular, was amazing. He truly listened to what I wanted in a frame, went above and beyond to dig into my benefits, and made sure I got the most out of them. He also did an excellent job of translating all the insurance jargon in a way I could understand. At the end of the day, I walked away feeling so well taken care of, which feels rare these days. Thank you so much, Dr. Sciullo, Jon, and the entire Monument team—I really appreciate you all!
