Lines are going to be long some times, and some customers require more time with staff members, esp with new prescriptions. Over half the time (and I am a regular customer) there is no line or waiting. It's a big store in a high traffic area so lines can happen. I'll take good service (which this staff delivers) any time over sometimes having to wait.
