    I really tried to be patience, you know I worked with you when you shorted my my cancer meds, and i tried to overlook the fact you have a text message alert system that may or may not work. But now this last thing, I am going to have to get a whole new doctor and wean off a med that is a quality of life thing, and all because you say something is ready, I get there and you have not even contacted the doctor yet. I thought nothing was worse then Optum RX, well here you are and I guess I was wrong.

    Was just basically told my prescription wasn’t important enough to fill at 6pm at night, even though I called it in this morning! Horrible customer service will be changing pharmacies!!

    This used to be a great pharmacy with excellent service. But The non pharmacist staff is simply awful. Do yourself a favor and switch to Publix pharmacy.

    Waiting in the line for over 20 mins pressed the call button twice and each time she told me with a customer be with you in one - two mins. grossly unacceptable to let a customer wait outside plus then you have a line behind me so you're making me wait plus all the other people behind me expect better from Kroger
