  terrible experience, waste of time, dr was over 30 minutes late, she did not want to be there, im a cancer survivor in heart failure concerned for some things, she stayed looking at her computer passing on things I had to say. Rude and had a speech ready that had nothing to do with me.

  Dr.Bajaj was truly amazing. He was incredibly personable and took the time to make us feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. We never once felt rushed, and he made sure all of our questions were answered. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his patients and the families he works with. We are very grateful for the thoughtful and attentive care he provided.

  My partner saw the practice for a consultation in May in which he then declined to move forward with the treatment plan due to the provided price estimate. No other appointments were booked and there was no plan for future care or follow-up. We heard nothing more from the practice until December when a bill for over $900 arrived. My partner had paid for the consultation, but these fees were for a serum that was never authorized by him to be made and the date of service for this serum creation was in June. Even more confusing, he was billed in duplicate for “antigens for allergen immunotherapy- new series” once on June 10th and then again on June 11th. After receiving the bill in December, he immediately called the practice. The practice said they would look into the mistake. After which we did not hear back and they did not return phone calls. They instead billed his card on file for this full amount (over $900) for a service that was never performed or requested.

  After my first appointment, I knew I made the right choice in this provider. Dr. Bajaj and the rest of the staff were very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. They took the time to answer all my questions and share additional information to ensure I was informed about all of my options. A wonderful experience and very appreciated!
