  The service at the front desk was terrible, and the communication was even worse. I clearly told the receptionist which pharmacy I use, yet she still sent my prescription to a completely different location across town. This caused unnecessary delays and frustration. Attention to detail and basic communication should be a priority, and unfortunately, that was lacking here.

  The office was clean and the staff was nice and courteous. The PA was very kind and seemed concerned about my condition. The wait time was a little longer than I would have liked. But all in all I would go back if I need to and I would tell my family amd friends it's a good place to go.

  El personal fue muy amable fui atendido rápido no tuve una respuesta exactamente clara a mi problema pero el doctor fue muy amable y recomendó mi receta, fue muy claro según mi estado crítico a tomar seguimiento a mi salud

  The PA was very hesitant to provide information annd basically said that he trusted whatever I thought was needed. Asked what medicine typically works and in what dosage.  When I wasn’t sure , he said he wasn’t good at math so would need time to get the prescription together. He ended up prescribing the wrong medicine- similar but wrong name. I’d like to blame it on the handwriting, but he typed it in. Very concerning, will not return.
