  My husband died shortly after my last visit. To say I haven’t had a normal day is an understatement. Found out they sent my $38 co pay to collections. $38. To collections. It truly made my days, thanks so much Virginia ENT.

  Went to this practice back in 2009 when I was in middle school and found out I had severe sinusitis which found out I had nasal polyps so they did my surgery on it and told me they wouldn’t come back and didn’t have to worry about it, fast forward to 2016 they came back and had surgery the second time fast forward to now they came back again called this practice Friday they told me it was a block on my account, they transferred me to billing fast forward to today I get a call first they call looking for someone else that won’t me at all then just for them to say I can’t get seen because of a outstanding bill, didn’t give me no option to make payments on the bill or nothing was just like NOPE CANT BE SEEN, to be going to the office since I was a kid and they know everything that goes on with my sinuses I tried to give them the benefit of going back instead of going some where new but I rather go some where new then here DO BETTER IF IT WAS UP TO ME YALL WOULD GET ZERO STARS

  Doctors and nurses are nice. Front desk staff are horribly rude at hanover location.
