  The Kroger Pharmacy in Mechanicsville is listed as having drive through services, however this is false advertisement. It closes an hour early each day and at random times during the day without notice. You can never count on it to be open. The pharmacy also does not fill the prescriptions by the promised times. The pharmacy is endangering the community by asking people who are sick and contagious to enter the store to get their drugs, spreading illness to others who may be immunocompromised who are simply there to get their groceries. It also is a major concern for those who have disabilities who can much more easily access medication through the drive through than navigating a parking lot and grocery store, especially in time when winter weather makes the parking lot more treacherous. To me, it seems the pharmacy is begging for a law suit. It is also a major hassle for able bodied folks. If you are considering switching to Kroger Pharmacy in Mechanicsville I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

  I’m not changing my Prescription needs to anyone else. I have had my Pharmacist personally call me on refills before. And they are never out of stock on something and have to owe me pills when they get in their next delivery. 10 Thumbs Up ! Excellent Service and Performance.
