The staff is very friendly and always treat the guests like family. The management team is very knowledgeable and always willing to help whenever needed. Overall, the best gym Ive ever been a member of to be honest.

Today I went in and as soon as I stepped to the door Lisa looked at me up and down with a disgusted face and told me that I couldn't enter the gym in my five finger vibram shoes (some of us like having developed for muscles and no bunions) I turned to walk away and frustration because I knew when she gave me the dirty look that she was going to be a problem. I later called to ask to speak with the manager or whoever owns the franchise and Lisa was being very difficult over the phone and refused to transfer me. Drove to a different planet fitness and they said my shoes were fine and Lisa was being ridiculous
