They’re posted hours are Monday through Friday 9 to 5 but they certainly don’t keep those hours or even keep appointments that you have with them.

This was very different. Susan greeted me warmly, and introduced me to Kathy, who did my testing, measuring, etc.,and most importantly, TEACHING. She answered all of my questions, and told me so many things that would help me to get the most from my experience with these hearing aids, chosen to perfectly fit my needs. She took the mystery out of the equation, and I really appreciate it. Both these ladies have managed to blend friendliness with professionalism. It's a joy to talk with and see them.
