  Definitely recommend-I didn’t really know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. Admittedly at first I thought I could never follow the restrictive diet but I did and I got results. Melissa and her team are very supportive and she isn’t pushy about products or injections. I appreciated the encouragement I received and I will continue to use the information to further my fitness journey.

  I have done many Weight Loss about 20 years ago . I've never had such an amazing experience like I have with the Mechanicsville crew!SAUNDELLE is the beautiful lady who meets you every time you walk she always has a smile on her face. The whole crew Patty the nurses the nurse practitioners all of them are the most wonderful people ever! As you go through your weight loss Journey they inspire , you they encourage ! they are there 100%. I refer them all the time TO THIS specific location for that reason,THESE people are amazing 🥰THank you my new friends !For always making me feel so welcome love you Patty

  My experience at this facility was phenomenal. I received a warm welcome as I entered the front door then followed up with top notch service from the medical staff. My second, third and fourth visits were more of the same; the welcome was still warm and the service still impeccable. I’ve since learned how my body processes food and the time that my body works the hardest. If weight loss is your goal and you’re committed to doing your part; Medi Weight Loss Mechanicsville should be your next call. Special thanks to Afi & Patty.

  I highly DONT recommend this location. I was told by my insurance company they cover Medi weightloss even though Lisa at Mechanicsville location tells me they don't. My insurance agent for 2 months was trying to work with Lisa until my agent recommended me to go to Glen Allen location. I have since found out that I am not the only one who have left. Still to this day the Mechanicsville location will tell most of their clients that they don’t except their insurance but offer a weekly self pay amount. They know these patients will be going weekly for a good many months and that’s guarantee income. With my insurance yes I have to meet a deductible but once my husband and I meet it we will pay nothing. I’m finding out other friends have insurance where medi is covered 100% but was still told they are not excepting their insurance. This location who is owned by a different owner then Glen Allen and needs to be shut down. There are so many people who have left to go to Glen Allen. Medi weightloss is a wonderful program but to bad this location is running a dirty business.
