I struggle to understand the inefficiency and how slow the staff move. I struggle with justifying a 30 min wait for pickup.

Everyone has been friendly and helpful. And I pick up there a lot. Are you friendly when you go up to the window??

I switched to this pharmacy because it seemed convenient to get my prescriptions where I shop. Unfortunately, there is nothing convenient about this pharmacy. They will not have a prescription ready in a reasonable amount of time. Ever. They aren't very nice there either which would really soften the blow of being told over and over that your prescription still isn't ready. It's the most disappointing experience with a pharmacy I've had in my entire life over and over and over. Do not use this pharmacy if you can help it.
