- JSJoe SAug 17, 20221.0Drive through is now "permanently disabled." Also, it seems the management has been trying to run a skeleton crew here for many years - even before COVID. Most of the negative reviews are related to poor staffing and employees. The pharmacy completely shuts down for lunch - they don't rotate shifts like every other working person at a business.

They will not have a prescription ready in a reasonable amount of time. Ever. They aren't very nice there either which would really soften the blow of being told over and over that your prescription still isn't ready. It's the most disappointing experience with a pharmacy I've had in my entire life over and over and over. Do not use this pharmacy if you can help it.
- MRMarie RFeb 20, 20203.0They are very short staffed. I was told that 600 prescriptions were ahead of mine that I called in to refill day before. Kroger...get them some help and expand the pharmacy. The line was 10 deep when I arrived. I saw many elderly waiting in line. :-(

Customer service is great, the company just needs to stop expecting them to work like slaves. The company trying to save money just makes the customers unhappy leading to the customers using different pharmacies.
