My medicine has been impossible to get but they sorted it for me and I have it now. I changed doctors to remove medication obstacles, but I won't be switching pharmacies because this one really is the best. The people who work here are over worked and whatever they're making isn't enough for the work load they have. They practically had to work for my doctor, insurance and the pharmacy to get my meds so I'm writing a review because they've been pulling their weight and everybody else's and it deserves recognition and thanks. I appreciate the care given here.

- BBBay BillupsOct 27, 20224.0I have used Kroger Pharmacy Atlee Road/Rutland Commons for right around 10 years. The pharmacist are amazing. The majority of those working are kind, respectful snd knowledgeable. There are a few lately that have impacted the service we have received. One recently advised our prescriptions would be ready at a given time. We returned and were told it would be an additional hour. We shopped and waited. After speaking with another person NONE of the prescriptions were ready and one was waiting on a call back from a doctor. So they were not even close to being filled. We should have called before setting aside all that time, that falls on us. But aside from this I am so so so thankful for those who work so hard to ensure the best service and care is provided!
