- KWKelly WeberDec 15, 20252.0I called to ask if they took my insurance, and was instructed by one person to come in and have them run it in person. I came in, but there was only one staff person working in the front and they were helping another person. I waited about 45 minutes. Other staff did arrive, but I had signed up incorrectly on the clipboard, so they took all other waiting customers before me (even though they arrived after me). Once someone did help me, they were very kind, but were unable to access the info I originally came to find out- if my insurance would cover glasses. They needed to know more info than I had on hand about the account before they could tell me anything. I am not the primary on the account, but I’ve never had this much difficulty with a medical office on finding out if I am covered with insurance maybe it’s just especially difficult with eye insurance, I don’t know. Anyway, I eventually just left after about an hour with no results I came because of the great reviews, but this was not a very efficient process today.
