- JJjupiter27walls5 days ago1.0Disgusting and inhumane! I recently put in a complaint about this location through their internal customer service and when I came to pick up my glasses a couple days later I received my glasses with a box that was urinated in. Yes… urinated. The manager that handed me the box has been with the company prior to this location relocating from their old location within the mall and I’ve submitted a customer service complaint on him back then. I am so disgusted and in disbelief because I actually put the glasses on my face from the box when I asked him to take them out the box so I could try it on. I smelled the urine immediately, but I thought he was just having a bad hygiene day. How could an internal customer service complaint trigger this type of employee’s behavior. Only a sick minded individual would do such a thing. Hopefully this Google review will prevent this from happening to another customer, if it hasn’t already.

- CTChar TowleMar 27, 20265.0Impulsive visit to Warby Parker, but came out with 2 new pairs of prescription glasses ordered: transition pair plus normal pair. The frame selection is impressive, they have every shape, size, color. It's the prescription & add ons that rack up: progressive, special len thickness, anti glare, etc etc. The visit was excellent, the rep walks through every choice, and they do ask about insurance. Mine is out of network but they provide documents so you can try to file on your own. Clean, calm store environment. I had my prescription available, but they can do eye exams on site.
