Gym staff helpful and friendly, Myles helped me set up my membership whole experience was easy. Basketball courts are nice.
Shout out to Terry and Brooks! They gave me great customer service and Myles at the front desk held it down with my guest pass! 10/10 must join!

I had a very disappointing experience at One Life. The staff came across as unhelpful, a bit strange in their behavior. From the moment I walked in, I didn’t feel welcomed at all. The manager in particular was not friendly or approachable, and didn’t speak to us in a polite or professional manner.
When I asked about enrollment and membership options, his response was disrespectful, which made the whole interaction frustrating. A gym should feel like a positive, welcoming, and peaceful environment, somewhere you’re motivated to take care of yourself, but that was definitely not the case here.
If you value your mood and overall experience, I would recommend avoiding this location and considering other options until there are improvements in staff attitude and management.
I had a great experience at One Life Fitness Tysons! I was in town for work and looking to get a good workout in. Terry was a huge help and very welcoming! I wish I had this gym in my home town!

I was a member at Onelife Fitness for about two years, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I was stopped at the front desk in front of other members and told there was a problem processing my payment for one month. I explained that they have all my contact information and should have notified me by email or text instead of embarrassing me publicly.
The staff member responded that it was not his problem and that it was a financial services issue, and I was told to either pay immediately or leave. This was handled in a very unprofessional and disrespectful way. There was no effort to communicate properly, resolve the issue respectfully, or treat a long-term member with basic courtesy.
Because of this experience, I decided to cancel my membership permanently. Management needs serious improvement in professionalism, communication, and member relations to create a positive and respectful environment
