From the moment you walk in, you can tell this is a highly specialized practice, not a generic, high-volume chain experience. Dr. Kwok is exceptionally professional and thorough. The office uses high-tech equipment, and every exam feels precise, thoughtful, and personalized. I always leave confident that my prescription is exactly right. Eric has also been a consistently outstanding technician over the years. He is incredibly reliable, highly skilled, and meticulous in his work. Whether it’s prescription glasses, or prescription sunglasses, he ensures everything fits perfectly and feels comfortable. From helping select frames to making precise adjustments, he takes the time to get it right. He understands the nuances of facial structure and comfort in a way many places overlook, and he never rushes the process. They carry an impressive selection of designer brands including Gucci, Cartier, Dior, DITA, Ray-Ban, Bvlgari, Chopard, Saint Laurent, Chloé, Montblanc, Porsche Design, and Maui Jim, premium lenses like ZEISS, Asian fit frames and more. My family and I have personally purchased Diors, Guccis and Maui Jims here, and the quality and fit have always been excellent. If they don’t have a specific frame in stock, they can order it for you, which makes the selection even broader. After trying other places in the past, I can confidently say Sterling Optical stands out for its expertise, service, and attention to detail. Highly recommend.

  Sterling Optical is my go-to for new prescription glasses and sunglasses. They have the largest collection of stylish and unique frames you will find. Also, they will help you find the best fit for your face! I have gotten my last two new frames and sunglass frames there. I pop back in when I need an adjustment and they are always welcoming. Check them out!

  This store is premium. Quality work grinding out the lenses while you wait. Quality service, especially from Eric. He took the time to text me, keeping me current on projected arrival times for my new lenses ... I was cutting it close, hoping to have the progressives and readers before my trip. They came with two days to spare! The doctors, manager and staff all take the time to have a quick chat with me, often by name, and even when they are busy, but staying conscious of all clients in the store. Honestly, I can't say enough about this truly Sterling store. But above all, kudos to Eric. A+++. You've got a loyal customer now for sure. Thanks to all!!
