Terry at OneLife Gym provides truly exceptional service. From day one, he has been incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. He takes the time to answer questions thoroughly, offer helpful guidance, and make sure everything runs smoothly. You can tell he genuinely cares about the members and creating a positive environment. His willingness to go above and beyond does not go unnoticed. If you’re at OneLife, Terry is someone you definitely want to connect with. Highly recommend!

This gym… and I use the term “gym” loosely… is the most pathetic excuse for a OneLife fitness that I have ever had the displeasure of entering. This facility is considered a higher tier for some reason that is beyond me. First, the center of the gym is 2 basketball courts with limited equipment scattered around it. There is virtually no space to do your workout because the majority of space in the gym is overtaken by the courts. Most Onelife’s have gotten rid of their courts but this one has not. Complete waste of space. Second, the premium membership is basically worthless here, as they have little to no amenities that other Onelife’s offer. They don’t even have the leg compression boots that many other Onelife facilities have. Had it not been for this facility’s close proximity to my workplace, I would not even have considered setting foot in this sorry excuse for a gym. This goofy gym is not for people that are serious about working out.

I just met with Brooks for a tour of the Tysons OneLife Fitness. I’d been a member years ago when it was Sport & Health so I came in with a set of expectations. I’d been really on the fence about joining as I was one of those members who paid but rarely came. Brooks was patient with all my questions. He was incredibly personable, professional and knowledgeable and showed me a practically new gym with all the bells and whistles! After our meeting, I was totally sold on the gym! I signed up and am excited about coming here because of Brooks’ enthusiasm!

This place is trash, I recently joined to be able to play basketball after work and on weekends and you can't!! The sales reps make it seem as if the courts are consistently available but that's not the case. Mon - Fri one court is reserved for girls volleyball at 7pm, and not to mention there's typically a trainer using the other end and there's a volleyball net in the middle of the court. The other court is available but there's usually like 40 people waiting to play but volleyball takes over that court as well at 8pm or so. So if you're a working adult with a 9-5 it's very unlikely to get a game. On the weekend, the basketball courts are used up by a youth soccer league on Sat and Sun and more volleyball... it's ridiculous. If your primary reason for is joining is to play basketball, I would find another location, The sales reps need to be HONEST about the availability to play basketball at this gym. Had I known that, I would've never joined. The gym is also not well kept and maintained In all honesty its dirty..... I will be canceling my membership soon..

The facility is not secure. I just experienced theft in the locker room. My lock was broken while I was swimming and my personal belongings have been taken out. The thief went through my bag and stole my car key and my membership key fob. Now I have to go to the car dealer and have them reprogram the key costing me hundreds of dollars. I reported the problem at the front desk. I received no help, no call, no follow up. I ask to remake the fob, they said they don’t have any more fobs. Very disappointing customer experience.
