I was able to get my 11 y.o. son trained through their youth program to start strength training with me on the main floors. Great if you have a young child who is interested in working out.

The Kids Club being included in the membership is a huge plus for us as a family. Once I joined, Marty—the tennis professional—was amazing. He immediately connected me with players at my level, which completely removed the stress of trying to find hitting partners on my own. It made getting back into tennis so much easier and more enjoyable. Marina, who helped us with our membership, has also been incredible. She’s super attentive, caring, and made the entire process smooth and welcoming. Overall, OneLife Fitness has exceeded our expectations. Great facility, great people, and the perfect place for both fitness and family!
