Steve Le, the Pharmacy manager, is absolutely the worst manager in the world, he's ignorant, arrogant, disrespectful, condescending, and lazy. I went there tonight, unfortunately, he was working by himself, so there was nobody to rescue me from his offensive attitude. The other pharmacists who work there are incredible; they're knowledgeable, friendly, and human; even the young people who work there as cashiers are great, but he is absolutely horrible. He needs to go back to school and learn customer service 101. I don't know how he ever got to be a manager, because he has no personality or ethics.

A very dependable pharmacy. !ery busy, usually a line but it moves quickly. I have been using the Giant Pharmacy for over thirty years.
The pharmacists are very attentive.
Today, I paid for my prescription online and chose USPS 2-3 delivery. Michele (spelling?) called to say the delivery app was not working and that she would deliver the prescription after she got off, noting my address was close by. This is above and beyond. She called in the early afternoon to say she was on her way. Many Thanks!

If you can avoid this pharmacy, I would genuinely advise you to do so. I had to drive about 20 minutes out in order to go and pick up my medication refill for my cat. I got the first medication about a month ago, and went in for the refill yesterday. Worst experience of my life. The older man, Mr. Khan, was so condescending, disrespectful, and incredibly rude. The staff could not find my account so they asked him for assistance, I’m assuming he’s either a supervisor or manager of sorts - meaning he should have even more experience and be held to a higher standard to be professional and do his job properly. I told him all the information necessary to find my account, but he could not. I understand there can be problems with the system, maybe someone spelled my name wrong, whatever it may be, I was hoping we could work it out. He got so frustrated with me and kept (in a very condescending manner) rejecting any input I had. Since the medication is for my cat I asked if we could try her name but with my birthday (because whenever the vet prescribes her medicine I always see my birthday on the script). He got so angry at that suggestion and kept (again very condescendingly) telling me that if I am not the one getting the medicine it would not be under my birthday. He kept saying “are you getting the medicine for yourself or your cat” and after I’d answer “for my cat” he would angrily say “so then do you think it will be under your birthday or your cat?” And I’d try to explain that the script had my birthday, but he would cut me off to say “so it would be under the cat’s birthday”. Then I asked him if we could just find my account using my phone number, but he said they don’t do that. He told me there’s nothing to be done and that I have to go get a new prescription since he can’t find my account. He was not helpful at all and incredibly rude. I work in the medical field myself and I understand there can be strict procedures. Maybe they were meant to file the medication under my cats name and birthday. But guess what? People can sometimes make mistakes. Would it have killed him to just try my birthday? After about thirty minutes of back and forth I gave up and just went home.
This morning I decided to call the pharmacy and try again, as they kept my paper script when I first filled the medication and I am desperate. If you don’t have pets, most vets charge the appointment fee because they have to examine the pet before they write the script. I don’t want to be paying over $100 for a vet visit, just because Mr. Khan couldn’t find my account. Thankfully, another employee picked up the call. I’m not sure if I’m spelling her name correctly, but Scujin was the complete opposite of Mr. Khan. When she couldn’t find my account SHE was the one to suggest looking it up with my phone number! I told her everything that happened yesterday and she was very apologetic and found out the initial worker who filled the medication swapped my cats first and last name - and guess what, put it under MY birthday :)
So if Mr. Khan was less arrogant, he could have just tried my birthday and phone number and would have found my account. I could have picked up the medication instead of having to go out of my way and drive there and back again. Scujin did what he couldn’t do for thirty minutes, in literally under two. If he has a higher position than her, management needs to reevaluate their decisions.
TL:DR —> Mr. Khan was a terrible worker and an even worse person (condescending, rude, and extremely disrespectful). If I could rate him negative stars, I would. Scujin (very kind lady) came to the rescue and I genuinely wish I could speak to someone to get her some kind of recognition or raise. Incredibly helpful and witty, problem solved in literally two minutes.
