- RPRaina PintoJul 24, 20251.0I go to this pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions. When I called the pharmacy to ask about my co pay the woman I spoke with was very short with me and impolite. I did not feel respected and I felt that her tone was extremely rude and unsettling. I will be switching my pharmacy location from now on. I am hopeful that this message is seen my employees here and that the way customers are spoken to is improved moving forward, because no one deserves rude treatment and to be spoken to with such negative attitude. I am sorry to have to make this review but I must share my thoughts because I have had multiple unsettling experiences on phone calls with the pharmacist who answered my call. Hope this does not continue for future customers just trying to check on their medication.
