“Scheduling and check-in were quick and efficient, with no wait time. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the doctor was respectful, attentive, and compassionate, taking the time to clearly explain treatment options. I felt genuinely cared for and am grateful to have the Family Foot and Ankle Center as part of my healthcare team.”

Very disappointed with my experience here. I saw Dr Deena Charney, PLEASE STOP GASLIGHTING AND SAYING THAT I SAW OTHER CLINIC. I HAVE ADDED RECEIPT SCREENSHOT. HAVE to PAY 5X for a night splint which is available for $20 at CVS or Amazon. The office recommended a night splint, saying insurance would fully cover it, but didn’t mention that it would cost SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER with them. They billed my insurance $423.92, leaving me with a $120 co-pay for something that could have been bought at a fraction of the cost. They say they have to charge insurance this high to cover their bases, now I have to pay $120 for something that's retails for $20 outside after my insurance coverage. Transparency about pricing to patients would have been appreciated. I see other reviews reporting same issue about charging higher prices to patients. SO BEWARE!
