  Worst dermatology in VA disrespectful staff and Doctors. They are very rude. I wont recommend to deal with them

  While I had a good experience with Dr. Suarez, the overall clinic has serious issues with their security policies. When I first checked in as a new patient, they forced me to sign a release that allowed them to share my info with their other branches even though I had no desire to do so, knowing I would never visit the other locations. When I asked if I could decline, the front desk receptionist was very rude and condescending and essentially said that they wouldn't see me unless I signed the release. Since I had already taken the time off work and really needed my skin issue addressed, I caved. Funnily enough, a few months after my visit, I received an email saying that they experienced a data breach... Please don't support a place like this that pressures you into needlessly sharing your info while not having the correct safeguards in place.

  Long sun exposure left me with a high risk of skin cancer. I have been going to Excel for 23 years. The doctors are first class, the staff is pleasant and competent, and I have rarely had to wait more than a few minutes. I don't expect to go anywhere else.
