  No vengan a este Lugar, estoy en la registradora , hace 20 minutos y nadie sale. El lugar está completamente vacío, soy la única persona . Hice una cita para la 10;10. Y llegue 9:50.. cuando puse mis datos en la computadora me Decía que la cita era para las 11:10.. en serio????.!?… saqué una cita para esto???.. y aún no sale nadie .. soy la única persona , llevo casi media hora.. esperando que alguien me atienda .. no vengan a este lugar .. es una verdadera pedida de tiempo y estrés .. si pudiera darle 0 estrella le daría ..

  The staff at the Manassas location are always very friendly and efficient. I was finished with my appointment three minutes before it started!

  Not only have I had multiple occasions where I had an appointment for when they open, only to have staff show up 30 minutes late to unlock the doors, but after scheduling bloodwork here today I show up to a paper sign saying they are no longer open due to an emergency closure. Do not go to this location

  These people have zero respect for your time. I had to wait 20 minutes for a scheduled appointment. Why schedule it if they do not honor it? “Oh we have and emergecny” excuse does not work when I walked in to see them chit chatting with a customer (who ran away as soon as she realized I was complaining about loooong wait time). Unprofessional.
