  Very professional, yet friendly! Dr. Pham responded to all my concerns and gave me the answers I needed, plus she recommended added medications that helped immensely. Also, the staff was friendly as well which always is welcome to see!

  Dr. Jacobs is the best. She explains what is going on so you can understand it. Don't be in a hurry but when Dr. Jacobs is with you she does not rush through your appointment. I have been her patient for over 10 years and when she switched practice I didn't hesitate to go with her. The office personal are also very nice. I highly recommend.

  I love Dr. Jacobs and followed her to Nova Eyes. She is patient, thorough and friendly, with excellent bedside manner. Nice to have a doctor who never gives you the feeling she's rushing through the appointment.

  The staff is friendly, professional, and I didn't feel rushed. I also appreciate the makeup of the staff - multicultural, female centered.. respectful and they exceeded my expectations

  I was greeted and treated in a professional manner by the front desk staff. The Doctor was very thorough and explained the examination. She is very knowledgeable about her craft. She took her time, showed compassion and made me feel comfortable.
