I came in for a trial day this past weekend, and everyone working here was very helpful, kind, caring. I saw wonderful people in the gym. The employees were very nice, and helpful with any questions I had. I’ve enjoyed my time here. New machines I’ve never used. Gave me a more positive outlook on my health journey. And better confidence with being a. Plus size woman.
Abigail, Mike, and Val = top-tier energy. Clean gym, friendly staff, and somehow they made working out enjoyable. That’s a talent.

My main complaints which never gets addressed since the gym has opened:
First: people going in the hot tub and cold plunge after the sauna without taking a shower and or changing into their swim shorts. I've been in the cold plunge multiple times and the same person/ people I see comes from the sauna and then cold plunge making the water warm. Its disgusting. There needs to be someone monitoring when doing walks to be telling people that don't have them they need to get out.
Second: The shower heads need to be replaced as the water pressure doesn't go through them. This also goes into the hot water going in and out. You can hear it the tanks working and stop. Not sure why that isn't addressed since the gym has opened. As all shower heads should have strong pressure but majority is weak or doesn't stream as it should or leaks.
Third: the sauna needs to be 150 degree plus. Its just not hot enough. You put the sign to not put any liquid items inside so at least make it hotter. The more people that is inside makes the sauna actually colder its common sense. 🤷♂️
Fourth: the hours. Its just not convenient. It should at least be 24/5 with friday, saturday, and Sunday to be closed early. Hell you can close at 12am 5 days a week too. People would greatly appreciate that and you can still have holiday hours short or off. No idea why this is not a thing. We need more gyms in manassas with 24/5 or 12am gyms.
First of all I love the gym; I like coming here since they opened and they didn't have any of the bathrooms, sauna, or pool areas ready. People hog multiple equipment and i often have to ask them are you using this machine or the other because there is alot of people in here during peak hours. There are WAY too many people who come here with their phones and tri-pods and record. Its very annoying. Its become a place where groups just record and don't actually workout. That is not why you come to the gym. You come for self improvement on your own accord. This is not a competition.

Great amenities with great attention to detail down to a quick dryer for swimming trunks and water fountains to refill your containers. Not just for working out but for relaxing and rehabilitation. Safe environment with very personable and helpful staff. Management was very friendly as well. Only problem a
Is the hours of operation.

I’ve had a very bad experience with the OneLife Fitness Manassas location. The customer service is rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. I was charged for fees with no clear explanation, and when I asked for clarification, no one took responsibility.
They do not care about their members at all. I requested multiple callbacks regarding billing issues, and no one ever followed up. Instead of resolving concerns, staff members act dismissive and indifferent.
This is by far one of the worst gym experiences I’ve had. Between the unexplained charges, lack of accountability, and terrible customer service, this place is not worth the money or the frustration.
I do NOT recommend this location to anyone
