  Good facility, nice equipment - lost a star for the cheerful front desk guy screaming an overly joyful “Good Morning” at me most days at 6 am 😂

  My husband and I signed up for a family membership because we were told that we could bring our children (ages 9 and 6) to the swimming pool at any time. This was a main reason we joined. For almost 6 months, we have been using the pool with our kids without any problems. We don’t even come every day—just occasionally. Now, suddenly, they say children are only allowed in the pool before 4 pm. This rule was never clearly explained when we registered. Changing the policy after families have already paid is unfair and unprofessional. It feels like they are not being honest with customers. This is bad customer service, and very disappointing for families who trusted their word.

  What can I say about one life, It’s the best in my personal experience. Best equipment and staff is amazing especially my good friend Moses. He really helped me out gave me a feel for the gym and made me feel at home. Couldn’t have asked for a better first day ! Thanks guys !!! 12/10 would recommend to anyone !

  Onelife Fitness is a great gym with a lot to offer. The equipment is modern, the facilities are clean, and there is a wide variety of machines and free weights. I really like the extras like hydromassage, sauna, and red light therapy, which make it feel more like a wellness center than just a gym. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is motivating.

  The child care provided at this one life location is a 2/10 at best. They barely checked my tags when I pick up my kids, they’ve called me into the room because they think my child has a dirty diaper when he doesn’t and they didn’t even do their due diligence to check they just took another kids word for it. And then on another occasion, I showed up and had to wait for the kid care workers to get there because there was no one there, and I had to sit with my three young children in the lobby for 15min until they arrived. Just seems very unprofessional and like this is an amenity they had to have but don’t know how to staff properly
