From the moment I walked in, the receptionist and the doctor’s assistant were incredibly kind and welcoming. The paperwork was handled quickly (using an iPad) and I was seen immediately—no long wait times, which I really appreciated. Dr. Beckinella took the time to make sure I was completely numb and comfortable before starting the procedure to remove an ingrown toenail. She was very thorough and made sure everything was done right the first time. I was so thankful everything was handled during that initial appointment, especially since the pain had been getting worse and I didn’t need to take additional time off to come back. Highly recommend—professional, efficient, and compassionate care!
