The eye doctor, Dr. Ariel Taylor was amazing. She really cared and allowed me the time to ask questions and she seemed like she really cared about my experience. Cindy, the manager, was amazing as well. She helped me navigate my insurance for my glasses purchase, and knew the ins and outs of the plan. She offered suggestions that were helpful, and she was kind and considerate, a true rarity in today's world. Overall, a great and professional experience. Highly recommend!!

I would like to sincerely thank Anna Patricia, who works at this location. My experience with her has been exceptional since I first purchased my reading glasses here about a year ago. She was kind, patient, and friendly, and made me feel at ease throughout the process. I returned today with a few questions, and although it had been nearly a year since we last spoke, Anna greeted me with the same warmth and professionalism. Her dedication to customer service is truly commendable. I highly recommend her and hope her managers recognize the value she brings to the company. As a bonus for Spanish-speaking customers, Anna is bilingual, which makes the experience even more welcoming. I grateful for her service.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
