  I will never order from this Giant again. My wife ordered the “Let’s Twist” sandwich platter—24 Hawaiian roll sandwiches that takes 48 hours to prepare—and made it very clear: No roast beef. It was even printed on the paperwork taped right to the platter lid. I arrived an hour after the scheduled pickup time, only to be told by Bobby in the deli that our sandwiches were never made. He asked for the name of who we spoke to, which didn’t matter—what mattered was the platter wasn’t there. I told him my wife spoke to a woman when placing the order. He checked again and came back saying it wasn’t there, so I left. My wife called the store upset, spoke to the manager Cullen, and suddenly the platter “appeared.” Cullen apologized and told me to ask for him when I came back. When I returned, Bobby apologized but didn’t call Cullen, so I had to go to customer service and have him paged. Cullen was polite and embarrassed, gave me $10 off, and I went home with the platter. Here’s the kicker: even though the order clearly said “No roast beef,” 8 of the 24 sandwiches were roast beef. I called back and all Cullen said was he’d talk to the deli manager. That’s it. I paid $40 for the wrong sandwiches, wasted hours of my day, and dealt with poor communication from start to finish. I’ll drive extra miles to another Giant before I ever shop here again.

  Very good experience with Mohammad Ali. Me and my hubby got the booster dose as a walk in. He was very helpful.
