- KPKyla PeckMar 27, 20231.0When I first approached, the receptionist was clearly in a very personal call so she couldn't deal with the paperwork that I was trying to hand her. I put it in the box and sat back down. Once she was off her personal call, she proceeds to come into the waiting room to discuss my billing information while their are other people in the waiting room. Even if I was alone, the conversation of my billing should never take place in the waiting room. I went to the desk to finish discussing this private matter. When done I proceeded to let her know that it was inappropriate to have this conversation in the open. She stated that she was in fact correct and tried to say I've been avoiding them. I have no record of any calls from them. Nor have I ever left out of a different door as she was suggesting. The receptionist is rude, ignorant, and extremely argumentative. I like Dr. Ketz and the nurses but honestly the receptionist with the burnt reddish orange hair makes this place terrible. Avoid.
