- ADAlphin DingmanApr 13, 20245.0I was a little nervous when I first went to see Kevin at the Miracle-Ear in Lynchburg, VA. But he quickly took care of that by the way he met us in the lobby. Kevin has a great people personality. In other words if you go to his office and don't come out laughing, then there's something wrong with you, not Kevin. I am glad I went to Miracle-Ear. He also keeps you on a follow-up schedule to be sure everything is alright. Great customer service and cares about you. Your not just a number on the file. KEVIN GREAT GUY AND HE THINKS HE IS GOOD LOOKING. Not bad for a guy who picks at your ears all time
