  I had been going to Brady and Crist without any issues. Now that ownership has changed I got the hard sell on an expensive set of xrays. When I politely declined, the nurse called the doctor and he started giving me the sales pitch. When I said no he said that I needed to find another dentist. Couldn’t believe it. I think this has turned into a business that is trying to wring every dime out of patients. They also push their prepayment plans…another sign.

  Since Brady and Crist switched to Lynchburg Dental Group my experience has not been favorable. Appointments take longer, and today when the hygienist was done with my cleaning at my eight o’clock appointment by about 8:10, she informed me that there was only one dentist working and he didn’t usually come in until nine!!! I have to wait until he gets here for a check up that will probably take about five minutes! I informed her that I had another appointment scheduled and may need to leave before he arrives and all she could offer was “ well, he has an appointment with me at nine, so he should be here before then.” Not happy.
