- GVgreg vessJun 1, 20251.0I have been with them for six years and on the same meds. The lead pharmacist will not honer a early refil for vacation for nothing even when the doc ask them too. I have missed a lot of trips because of script refills coincide with the dates. The lead pharmacist just are horrible. Every time they change they get worse. The counter help do the best they can under the circumstances and they are nice to me anyway. I just hate Kroger policy. The lead pharmacist are just plain uptight and have self bloated egos. They are nothing but glorified order takers and they need a reality check. If they would stick with Virginia state law there would be no problems....I could go on all day but that's it in a nutshell. If you can help it stay away and run!
