- JKJane KuhnNov 23, 20251.0Unfortunately, Kroger Pharmacy at Timberlake no longer has any professional standards. They hired a new female pharmacy tech who obviously feels entitled to be abusive (her attitude is far worse than disrespect or rudeness). When I went to pick up a prescription, she was extremely aggressive and she obviously thought she was being normal. In other words, being rude, disrespectful, abusive, aggressive is her normal state. The pharmacist on duty was aware of the situation and never looked up--he never tried to do anything to make the situation better. Apparently, he also thought it was normal behavior for a Kroger employee to attack a customer who had been going there for many years. I filed a complaint and Kroger management did not even respond. This says a lot about Kroger management. This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to and I will never go there again.
