- CKCourtney KendallAug 12, 20241.0What a nightmare! I did a pickup order online and after I completed it I realized there was an ingredient in it that I’m allergic to. I tried to cancel the order but they don’t offer order cancellations online so I had to go in the store. I go in the store and apparently they can’t cancel orders either. I was told I needed to call customer service to discuss not wanting the product with them and that they would actually have to cancel the order. Now I’m stuck with 3 containers of protein I can’t use because at that moment I didn’t have time to call customer service to get permission to cancel my order. What century is this place living in! This is why Amazon has taken over the world. Oh well, I guess I’ll just have to take more time another day to go back in and return the product because I don’t want it and I shouldn’t be forced to have it.
