  This was the best optometry appointment I’ve ever had. The Dr. was thorough, professional and compassionate. She listened to my concerns and addressed every one of them. All of the staff members were equally kind and helpful. I will never go anywhere else ever again and can’t wait to get my new glasses. Thank you!

  I really wanted to have a positive experience with this office, but unfortunately it’s been very frustrating. I scheduled an eye exam with a contact lens fitting for my 11 year old daughter on December 13. When we arrived, we were told they were too busy to complete the contact lens portion and that we would need to reschedule. When I called on March 23 to reschedule, I was then informed that because more than 60 days had passed, my daughter would need to repeat the eye exam before a contact lens exam could be done. While I understand the importance of proper care and updated exams, this requirement was never communicated to me when the original appointment was cut short. It was already an inconvenience to have a pre-scheduled appointment not fully honored, but the lack of transparency about the rescheduling timeline has now resulted in additional time, cost, and frustration. I’m more than willing to do what’s necessary to ensure my daughter receives the best care, but this experience felt unprofessional and poorly managed. Dr. Frederick is extremely thorough and knowledgeable-she is the o my reason there are any stars for this review. The front desk staff needs development.

  From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a hello. The tech was great. She made me laugh. The Doctor what can I say but she's the best!! The girl who helped me pick out my new glasses she is sweet. Great place. I would definitely return.

  Highly recommended! Great location in a shopping center with plenty of parking. Didn’t take long to get an appointment for myself and 2 kiddos. The staff was extremely helpful and patient with us (my son took a bit to find his glasses). Dr. Frederick was informative and kind. I appreciated her easy to understand answers and examples.

  Had a routine exam. The doctor was very thorough and gave me a great assessment of my vision. I will be back and bring my children.
