  First off intake was awful. They stress the importance of filling out paperwork prior to the appt and everytime i trie filling it out it would say, "sorry something went wrong. We are working to get everything back on track as soon as possible". Never did it get back on track. So I arrived to the appt early to fill out the forms. They had me an I-pad (which is frustrating) and again that same error kept popping up. Eventually they got it so I could enter enough information. Then the NP, Elizabeth Greksouk arrived in the office. Apparently needed to keep the appt going bc she from the start was asking questions and cutting me off as I was answering them. Then I asked to reduce a medication she wanted to reduce it down to the pre-theraputic dose. I again requested to just go down one dose. This is an extremely expensive medication so I do not want to spend hundreds of dollars on a dose that won't do anything. I expressed this. She then became pushy and saying I need to make decisions to do the labs now. Im not going to do labs if you aren't going to listen to me about my care. She's known me for 5 mins. I've had a long relationship with this medication and had already researched to make a good decision for myself. The NP made up her decision on my care prior to entering the room. She also tried to persuade me into using Trump rx??? I prefer to leave politics out of medical care. The front desk person was friendly enough and the nurse was kind. I do not recommend this place. I couldn't even get a routine thing done, I can't imagine if I had an actual urgent matter.

  Dr. David Arriola, MD, is truly the best doctor I could have. He’s incredibly smart, a fantastic communicator, and genuinely cares about me as a patient. I wish more doctors were like him.

  Went in with respiratory issues and the person at the front desk was no help and said it would be over an hour and half with no one in the waiting room this is the 2nd and last time coming to this horrible place
