  Didn’t think it would be a big deal to walk-in however, staff will wait in the back until next scheduled appointment. I saw every appointment leave, then 20 minutes later they called someone in at next scheduled appointment. This leaves no time for walk-ins to be seen. Staff told me I could be there all day. What a waste of time!

  Center didn't open until 7:48 causing a huge back up. Tech was good. Just frustrating when you are on a time crunch and have to get bloodwork done and get to work
