I ordered and paid for 24 boxes of contact lenses but only received 18. When I contacted the store, the issue was not resolved in a way that honored what I had already paid for. I ultimately had to spend additional money to obtain the remaining supply that should have been included in my original order. This experience showed poor order management and lack of responsibility toward a returning customer. I will not be purchasing from this Target Optical location again and recommend others carefully verify their orders.
