Today I got my first pair of glasses in YEARS; as I usually just wear my contacts but it was definitely time for another pair. Amber was super helpful, showing me the prices of a frame in each “sale” group so I can get a good idea of what price to expect. Once I narrowed it down to my 2 favorite frames, she paid great attention to my likes and dislikes of each and was able to find me the PERFECT style! (The color I wanted wasn’t in store and I definitely didn’t even think about trying them out just for the style). 10/10!!

I ultimately had to spend additional money to obtain the remaining supply that should have been included in my original order. This experience showed poor order management and lack of responsibility toward a returning customer. I will not be purchasing from this Target Optical location again and recommend others carefully verify their orders.
