I’m currently being treated for a corneal ulcer. Dr. Gage was thorough with my exam and in answering any questions I had!

I had a great experience. Dr. Pham was very kind and explained everything well. The contacts training was very useful and the girl who helped was very patient with me. Highly recommend!

Their office wrote me an extended prescription during pandemic with a huge mistake on the right eye SPH. Instead of -2.5, they wrote -3.5 with the signature from their doctor. Luckily, the store I always made glasses at caught this huge mistake. I left a voice msg and asked the office to review this error and give me a call back. When called again days later and asked about this error, there was no apology. They had the audacity to address this as a *SMALL* error, and insisted they're already doing me a favor for even extended my prescription. When a -2.5 SPH erroneously turns into -3.5 SPH, the glassware a customer spends hundreds of dollars on just becomes useless. All because they did me a favor.
