Michelle, Jordan, Crystal, and Brandie are the only ones that I’ve booked a class with so far but they are all professional, so helpful and patient while you try to navigate the equipment if you’re new like I was. I was also pleasantly surprised how much you work the different muscle groups in The Pilates exercises and also how much you feel at the very next day - In a good way.
