  I never had the opportunity to visit this particular AllCare practice because my appointment was canceled shortly before it was scheduled. My review is based solely on my customer service experience. I had a virtual appointment scheduled for Friday at 9:30 a.m. About 30 minutes before the appointment, I received a call from their front desk stating that the visit would need to be conducted in person rather than virtually. I completely understand that certain issues require an in-person evaluation. However, she also mentioned they had been trying to reach me for the previous day and a half. Concerned that I might not be receiving calls, I returned the call simply to clarify what number was used and whether there might have been a communication issue on my end. During that conversation, the receptionist was defensive and raised her voice while listing the times she said she had called. I explained that I was not accusing anyone of wrongdoing and was only trying to understand what happened so I could address any potential issue on my side. The interaction was unpleasant, and I was ultimately told to “get over it” and move on. Customer service matters, especially in healthcare settings where patients are often already stressed. Based on this experience and similar concerns noted in other reviews, I chose not to reschedule. Fortunately, there are many other options in the area.

  Friendly staff and personable doctor- went as new patient visit with new insurance. Once the insurance was sorted out things went smoothly. There was a bit of a wait but it’s also peak flu season and they accept walk-in patients.

  First and foremost, this is the very first time in 25 years that I was able to find an in-network PCP willing to see me (a new patient from another State) the very next day, and that too on a weekend, which is very rare. I was seen the next morning at their Leesburg office in less than 5 minutes of waiting in the reception. Dr. VIVEK NAIR spent 30 minutes or more patiently listening and suggesting whatever needed to be done. Very first time I'd seen a Doctor who had the patience to listen.
