  Negin Allipour 03/13/2026 Today I had an appointment at Premium Virginia Medical Care. The team was excellent—very kind, patient, and professional. I would like to sincerely thank the front desk team, Dr. Nafiseh Moez, and the very caring nursing and laboratory staff. They were wonderful and very supportive throughout my visit. The quality of care and treatment was excellent and perfect. I truly appreciate all their help. Thank you very much.

  I have had a really bad experience with one of their receptionist, Swetha. She is so rude and does not know how to talk to the patients. It’s such a disappointing experience when the receptionist’s, who are the face of the entire organization are being rude. This sets the tone of the entire experience. The fact that they can’t be empathetic and talk patiently, changes the whole experience. I am a regular patient here and I had to deal with that experience. This is such a disappointing experience and VPMC has to do a better job at hiring sweet, patient, empathetic people as their receptionist because they do set the tone of the entire experience.

  All five members of our family are patients at Virginia Premium Medical Care! I had an outstanding experience during my recent visit with Nurse Practioner, Nafiseh Moez. From start to finish the entire team was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable, kind, and willing to take the time to listen and help. The level of organization and efficiency was impressive, and the whole experience felt seamless and reassuring. It’s very apparent that Dr. Palagiri and her Staff are deeply committed to providing excellent care and making patients feel comfortable and valued. It’s very rare to find a comprehensive preventive, patient-centered, team-based practice that combines noteworthy professionalism and high quality communication with true compassion. I’m incredibly grateful for the excellent care and attention that I and my entire family always receive! I highly recommend Virginia Premium Medical Care to anyone looking for first-rate, expert quality medical care.

  I am so thankful to have found Dr Paligiri and Virginia Premium Medical Care. This practice has helped me improve my health, vitality, and quality of life significantly. Dr Paligiri is the most attentive, thorough, and caring primary care doctor I can imagine. She takes a wholistic approach and brings progressive, preventative, and foundational medical services to her practice. I go to her for annual physicals and bloodwork, hormone therapy, pelvic floor rehabilitation, body sculpting, women’s health, and more. The team, especially Jalissa, is wonderful to work with. The facility is incredibly clean, inviting, and modern. I cannot recommend this practice enough!!

  I have been seeing Dr. Palagiri for over 10 years, and she is an excellent primary care physician. She is very knowledgeable, thorough, and extremely good at diagnosing problems. She takes the time to listen and treats patients with care and professionalism. Whenever a specialist is needed, her referrals are outstanding. I have noticed a clear difference in the quality of care when I follow her recommendations. She truly knows the best doctors and ensures proper coordination. Dr. Palagiri is one of the best primary care doctors in this area. I highly recommend her.
