I was expecting an ankle fusion, but was thrilled when Dr. Derner suggested a total ankle replacement. I couldn't be happier with the result., and the follow up care from the great staff.
- ECElaine CahoonDec 29, 20253.03 stars for dr Chung seeming like he can handle simple ankle problems and seems like a nice and knowledgeable guy from what I can tell. -2 stars because they can’t be on time to save their lives. He’s been late to all 4 of my appointments and never acknowledges it or apologizes, so that really bothers me because at an average 45 minutes wait I start getting salty because I live nearby so if you know that you’re that far behind you could let me know and I could do some chores at home. It also makes it impossible to schedule anything after because you have to give him at minimum an hour buffer. It also doesn’t matter if your appointment is in the morning either, unless maybe you’re literally the first appointment of the day. Update: today was only a 35 minute or so wait 🙄. Still no acknowledgment of the delay. Would consider trying a different doctor if I end up with ankle issues again.
