- AWAshley WyattSep 26, 20251.0When nurses talk about you as a caregiver in the hallway while you wait with the patient in the exam room thinking you cannot hear them, very unprofessional and rude. Several mishaps with information not being saved in the correct areas and referrals not being given in a timely manner. When I am concerned with my clients health, the doctors nurses and the staff here at the office should be too, worrying about me and what I’m doing is none of your concern. HIPPA forms being misplaced is not our fault, and am I supposed to know to pick it up at the front desk? Do I think it should be offered to me since I physically bring him to EVERY SINGLE APPOINTMENT, yes! Do better Bay Internist Office of Kilmarnock! These are our loved ones.

We have been trying for several days to contact them via the telephone to get resolved, but we have been unable to talk to anyone.

She always has time for us and shows great interest in the quality of all aspects of our lives. Candy, Lori and Tammy are also wonderful nurses who are always friendly, helpful and conscientious in their care of all patients. I highly recommend this medical office to anyone!

She knows me personally, is extremely thorough, and never acts rushed or like she doesn't have enough time for me.
