  Kind of an odd experience. I have advanced metastatic cancer and received my first shingles vaccine from safeway. I was just denied by the pharmacist working today (28 December 2025) because I was under 50. She said she was sorry but still denied my care. My body is riddled with cancer and I have two toddlers at home so there isnt much time to get these shots when I need them. I dont really understand why my care was denied.

  The pharmacy is located inside the grocery store. It is very convenient to pick up your prescriptions while you shop for groceries. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and friendly.

  This is the worst pharmacy ever. Unfriendly, rude, charges more, and takes so long.

  Never seen a pharmacy this bad and careless workers disorganized, ( the lady is very kind and helpfull) but the main pharmacist Limit her work, He is the worst man to deal with and cause bad business, 7 of my family members left even won't shop there because of him Mr Song or whatever It’s spells, he doesnt care about his patients (its serious when comes to Health life and medications) I tell these as persons who few years been a patient not a one time customer, controlled medication has it’s own policy but he use them to play/mess with the patients, shame on whom keeping him, even after years and same medication you still have to ask him to order your( but he wont save it)a week left second call is needed & still its 50/50 to get your order its a serious way to play with your health•*• Also only he can place the order( won’t let other pharmacist place the order) but he’s not always there day off, vacation etc why ignoring his actions? His service is bad only to those who he want please take action before it’s too late! Change him with who care & responsible to people needs ( I’m finding unhappy customers with reasons) for my plan and stop other people being worry about their needs. Change the Him Dr.Song is the worst careless with important job that he doesn’t do
